Welcome To Brookburn Primary School’s Website

We are proud of our school and its achievements.

Our vision is one of a caring and thriving school providing quality education and catering for the educational needs of the local community. The school aims to be an inclusive learning environment with high expectations for all within it.

We aim at Brookburn for learning to take place in direct experience situations suited to the child’s ability, and structured to meet the needs of the child within a happy and secure environment, based upon a strong home/school partnership. Within this environment we aim to ensure that everyone values themselves and feels valued.

We strive continuously to ensure that all children are cared for and achieve their full potential in every aspect of the whole curriculum.

We value the partnership of parents/carers in the education process, which is central to our success and hope that you will work with us in providing the best possible education for your child. We operate an ‘open door’ policy and welcome parents/carers and visitors into our school. As part of this partnership we ask that you and your child join us in signing the home/school contract as a commitment to the school.

Brookburn Primary School are delighted to announce that we are one of a wave of 150 schools designated with additional responsibilities to lead a group of schools, working with other partners, to deliver high-quality support for teachers and leaders at all stages in their career.
